Traube Fass

A Grape Schnaps from sweet Burgenland Blaufränkisch grapes and a little distillate from fresh Chardonnay Pomace are aged in new oak barrels until they blend together. Its harmonious sweetness comes from raisins and a dash of fresh grape juice.

Tasting note: The Oak Barrel Aged Grape Schnaps has a soft aroma of grapes and walnuts, is fruity and melting on the palate. The Schnaps has a strong taste of nut and vanilla tones, delicate yeast and harmonious oak, is rounded off by the broad nutty finish.
