Liqueurs
Your tasting at home
The red cones of the pine tree are harvested in June. They are then chopped and macerated with a mixture of grain alcohol, apple distillate and a stone pine schnaps and matured for a few weeks. For weeks our farm smells of the resinous stone pines as if we were standing in the middle of an alp. The classic from the Austrian mountains: Tastes good, and does good!
Tasting note: The stone pine Liqueur has sweet-bitter, resinous and woody scent in the nose. The Liqueur has a pleasant taste of spicy stone pine juice, surrounded by forest and wood tones. It is soft and harmonious, with a slightly bitter and long finish.
