Oak Barrel Aged Schnaps
Your tasting at home
After roasting, the hazelnuts are macerated with the best wheat grain alcohol. We allow this approach a few weeks to rest before distilling. During the subsequent maturation in oak barrels, it acquires a golden yellow colour. Rounded off with a mixture of natural extracts, it acquires its soft and chocolaty taste.
Tasting note: The Oak Barrell Aged Hazelnut Schnaps has a very dense scent in the nose of roasted nut, fine nougat and harmonious oak tones, as they were intended for each other. The Schnaps has a malty taste which is accompanied by fresh toasted notes. It has delicate nuances of caramel and chocolate with a soft and playful finish.
