Kirsche

Handpicked soft heart cherries are hulled and pitted before they are allowed to "bubble" slowly in the fermentation cellar.  During the subsequent distillation, the valuable “heart” of the distillate is separated and matured for several years. A Cherry Brandy with harmony and character from the mountain slopes of the East Styrian hills.

Tasting notes: The Cherry Brandy has a fine aroma of sweet fruit with chocolate, roastiness and marzipan, has a fresh and smooth scent in the nose. The Brandy presents a well-rounded taste of dark cherries is soft and intense and fruity in the finish.
