Styria Cuvé

A cuvee made from the most important fruits of our orchards. Fresh dessert apples and fully ripe Williams pears are mashed together in the right proportion, gently fermented and distilled twice.  After a certain ripening phase, a highly aromatic interplay develops between the apple and pear. A "High Class Obstler“" of a special kind.

Tasting notes: In the nose the Apple-Pear Brandy has a delicate apple tone of ripe table varieties, floral and fresh. On the palate, the aromas of Williams pears take over the presence, with the taste of melting and caramelized pear. The finish is strong and warm, and look - the apple returns.
